DLIC Kupwara approves 24 financial assistance cases under Mumkin, Tejaswini & SEI

On the directions of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, the ADDC Kupwara, Altaf Ahmad Khan today chaired a meeting of District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC), Mission Youth Framework, Kupwara.
At the outset, Shabnum Arif Mir, the Assistant Director Employment, (Member Secretary) provided a brief overview of achievements under the Mission Youth framework.
