The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Shyambir today presided over a District Level Committee meeting to discuss Change of Land Use (CLU) cases, at the VC Room of Mini Secretariat Complex, here.

During the meeting, 11 cases were put up before the committee for approval and in-depth discussions took place regarding comments from various departments on CLU cases.

After reviewing the NOCs shared by concerned departments, the committee approved 7 cases.

Emphasizing the importance of timely resolution, the DC urged departments to provide quality comments and necessary NOCs of the remaining cases within the specified timeframe so that remaining cases could be approved on time. He stressed the need for effective inter-departmental coordination due to the multifaceted nature of CLU cases and instructed officers to adhere to deadlines.
