Srinagar, Dec 28: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri accompanied by Director Health Services Kashmir and DC Srinagar, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat conducted a late-night visit to assess patient care facilities in major tertiary care hospitals.
They visited SMHS and Lal Ded Hospital and found that healthcare delivery system was functioning optimally amid the snowfall.

Control Rooms have been activated by Directorate of Health Services across all districts of Kashmir division and instructions have been issued to ramp up the healthcare delivery system to manage any eventuality.
