Srinagar, Oct 01: The two days long District Srinagar Shooting ball Championship organized by District Srinagar Shooting ball Association in collaboration with J&K Shooting ball Association under the aegis of J&K Sports Council concluded at G. D. Goenka School Srinagar.
As per official more than 100 participants from different institutions, colleges and clubs under the age category of Sub-Junior, Junior, Senior men and women took part in the said event.
P. J. Johnson Principal, G. D. Goenka School was the Chief Guest, while senior members of the Association ZahidHussain, Ahsan Ali, VilayatHussain, Iqra and Injeela Amin were among Guest of Honours on the occasion.
G. D. Goenka School lifted the title in the boys and girls junior categories after defeating Government Boys Middle School Khalifapora and Kashmir Harvard Educational Institute while as Hussaini Sports Club in seniors.
“District Anantnag, Pulwama, Ganderbal, Baramulla and BandiporaShootingball Championships are scheduled in the month of October 2022,” informed the organizing secretary while presenting a vote of thanks on conclusion of the event.
