District Ganderbal Cycling Championship concludes

Ganderbal, Mar 13: District Ganderbal CyclingAssociation held a cycling event namely District Ganderbal Cycling Championshipon Monday under the aegis of Jammu and Kashmir Cycling Association Manigam covering about 14kms in 8laps. 
 
The event saw the participation of 36 cyclists under different age groups. In U/23 catagoryAjaz Mushtaq won the Gold Medal, Zameer Ahmad Silver and Mubashir clinched the Bronze. 
 
In the U/14 Age group Zeeshan Mushtaq clinched the Gold, Muneeb Mehraj and Shahid Bashir Silver Medal and Bronze Medal respectively. In U/17 Catagory Mohsin Manzoor came first and won the Gold Medal, while Munazim Mushtaq won Silver and Mr. Wajid Mir won Bronze Medal. In Girls department Miss Soliha Zahoor Won the Gold Medal. 
 
The Chief guest of the occasion was Basharat Qureshi and the guests of honor were Naseer Mushtaq Rather (Rek teacher GHSS Nunner) President Ganderbal Cycling Association Muhammad Amin Lone, General Secretary Ganderbal Cycling Association Fayaz Ahmad Rather. 
 
All the dignitaries Congratulated the participants for their enthusiasm towards the Sport and the official present at the occasion namelyNaseer Mushtaq Rather presented the vote of thanks to all the Guests and Participants.
