District Level Committee (DLC) for Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) met here today in the DC Office Complex to finalize the list of beneficiaries for the financial assistance provided under the scheme.
Chaired by Deputy Commissioner, Rakesh Minhas the meeting was attended by key officials including CPO, ACD, CAO and representatives from allied Departments. The meeting focused on crucial decisions regarding the selection of beneficiaries.
At the outset, the Assistant Director Fisheries presented a comprehensive overview of PMMSY. Out of the total allocation of 2 Auto Rickshaws (with Ice Box) for Kathua district, one was designated under the general category while the other fell under the SC category. The applications received stood at 04 for the general category and 01 for the SC category.
