District Baramulla Ball Badminton Association is set to host badminton championship for Boys, Girls

Baramulla, Aug 03: The District Baramulla Ball Badminton Association, in collaboration with the J&K Ball Badminton Association, is set to host the District Baramulla Ball Badminton Championship for Boys and Girls 2024-25 under the “My Youth My Pride” initiative. This initiative, spearheaded by the J&K Sports Council, aims to promote and develop sports at the grassroots level.
The two-day tournament will take place at Doon International School Singhpora, Pattan (Baramulla) from August 9 to August 10, 2024. Organized by the District Baramulla Ball Badminton Association and sponsored by the J&K Sports Council, the event invites entries from all concerned clubs, schools, institutions, and colleges in Baramulla. Interested participants are required to send their entries via WhatsApp to 6005974410 by August 8, 2024. No on-spot entries will be accepted.
All matches will adhere to the rules set by the Ball Badminton Federation of India. The tournament draw will be held on August 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the competition venue. Additionally, players will be selected during the tournament to represent the district in the upcoming Union Territory (UT) championship.
