The Department of Periodontics at the Indira Gandhi Government Dental College (IGGDC) in Jammu has taken proactive steps to promote oral health awareness with its recent Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) campaign themed ‘Say No to Bleeding Gums.”

In collaboration with the Indian Society of Periodontology, the 45-day initiative, dubbed ‘A Pink Health Initiative’, commenced on February 1st and concluded on March 20th, 2024. The campaign aimed to instill preventive oral health habits among residents of the capital city of Jammu.
