Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday informed the Assembly that the decision to transfer planning functions to the Finance Department is under review.
In a post on X, CM_JK wrote, “Today, I informed the Assembly that the decision to transfer planning functions to the Finance Department is under review.”
“I also highlighted key reforms such as BEAMS, PROOF, and Janbhagidari, aimed at enhancing transparency and efficiency.”the post reads.
