DDC Chairperson Ramban kick starts work on Link road; Inspects progress of work on projects in Sub Division Gool

Chairperson, District Development Council, Ramban, Dr. Shamshad Shan today kick started construction work on a developmental project in the Sub Division, Gool.

The Chairperson kick started construction work on 1 km Jabba Zahrat to Hara Gali link road under Area Development Fund of DDC with an allotted cost of Rs. 1.98 lakh.

The Chairperson also inspected pace of work on the ongoing road projects at Nar Mohallah, Chawcha in Sangaldan. She also visited sites for planned developmental projects in block Gool.

Addressing the gathering, the Chairperson said that with the completion of the project, a long pending demand of the area will be fulfilled which will go a long way in easing the life of locals.

 She directed the Engineers of the Rural Development Department (RDD) to ensure quality and timely completion of construction work which will benefit thousands of souls of the area.

The Chairperson also asked the PRIs to personally monitor the execution of work to ensure quality and timely completion of developmental works and implementation of all youth and beneficiary oriented schemes in their respective areas.  

 

The Chairperson also interacted with the people and listened to their issues of developmental needs.

 

Among others, PRIs, Engineers from RDD and the general public present on the occasion.
