Deputy Commissioner, Saloni Rai today chaired a meeting here in the Mini Conference Hall, DC Office Complex road to evaluate the progress of the PM Vishwakarma scheme in the district.
At the outset, GM DIC Pankaj Anand provided a comprehensive overview of the scheme, outlining its objectives and detailing the district’s progress.
Highlighting the need for concerted efforts, the DC urged officers to promptly identify and register targeted beneficiaries. Emphasizing the scheme’s significance in uplifting traditional artisans and craftspeople, she instructed officers to conduct Information, Education and Communication (IEC) campaign with the support of PRIs to raise awareness among the people.
