In order to finalize the selection of beneficiaries under PMSSY (Pradhan Mantri Matsaya Sampada) fisheries sector, District Level Committee (DLC) meeting was held today here under the chairpersonship of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan.
At the outset, AD Fisheries, Sajad Ahmad apprised the chair that for allotment of one auto e-rickshaw, under PMSSY, for marketing facility of fish, 34 applications have been received.
On scrutiny of documents, 27 applicants were found eligible for availing the benefits of one e- auto rickshaw with total cost of Rs.3.00 lakhs and departmental subsidy of Rs.1.20 lakhs.
