Kulgam, June 05: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat on Monday felicitated the young innovator Momin Ishaq, a Munad Guffan resident, and awarded him with an amount of Rs 20,000 and wished him best of luck for future endeavors.
Momin Ishaq recently developed a low-cost, portable egg incubator to help the local poultry business and small-scale farmers, in addition to providing a regulated environment for hatching eggs.
Since his childhood, Momin aspired to make an innovation that would benefit not only people around him but also small-scale farmers and successfully developed a portable egg incubator.
