The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, Akshay Labroo today launched first of its kind online Delayed Registration System for hassle-free issuance of permission for Birth & Death (ODRSB) Certificates in the district.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that the ODRSB is a gateway to seamless birth and death delayed registrations. He said that the ODRSB streamlines the process, offering easy online access to the general public.
Making it easy, the general public can avail the services without paying physical visits to offices.
