Budgam, July 18: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag SF Hamid on Tuesday extended a warm welcome to the first batch of Hajj pilgrims from the district, who successfully completed the sacred pilgrimage to Mecca.
The Hajj pilgrimage is a significant religious journey for Muslims, and completing it is considered a momentary achievement for Muslims as it is a religious duty and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for those who are physically and financially able to undertake it.
It is a spiritual journey that holds immense importance in the lives of those who participate, as it allows Muslims to strengthen their faith and seek forgiveness of their sins.
