Srinagar, March 08:Union Minister Jitendra Singh on Saturday announced that a regular daily morning flight from Jammu to Srinagar will commence from April 1, 2025.
Taking to social media platform X, Singh said that the decision addresses a common concern raised by government officials and businesspersons who faced inconvenience due to the absence of a morning flight between the two cities.
“Many officials and business travelers had difficulty traveling to and from Srinagar within the same day. In response, a proposal was put forward to the Civil Aviation authorities, who have now agreed to start a daily flight from Jammu to Srinagar at 10 AM starting April 1, 2025,” Singh said.
