CSC touch point inaugurated at ADC office Handwara

  Kupwara, Sep 29: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner, (DC), Kupwara, Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, Additional Deputy Commissioner, (ADC), Handwara, Javed Naseem Masoodi Monday inaugurated the CSC Touch Point in the premises of the ADC office Handwara. As per a statement issued here, the initiative aims to bring all government services, schemes, and programmes under one roof for the benefit of citizens at government-approved rates. People can now avail various online services at the CSC Touch Point which range from revenue services, DigiPay facilities, Digidost services, insurance services, and travel and train booking services besides others.  To ensure fairness, a government-approved rate list has been prominently displayed at the CSC Touch Point. This makes service delivery transparent, citizen-friendly, and accessible to all. The initiative is part of the broader vision of the government to bring digital empowerment, convenience, and efficiency in public service delivery.
