Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed profound sorrow over the tragic stampede at New Delhi Railway Station on Sunday. The incident claimed at least 18 lives and left several others injured.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the Chief Minister shared his condolences for the victims and their families. “I am deeply saddened by the tragic stampede that occurred at New Delhi Railway Station today, resulting in the loss of at least 18 lives and leaving many others injured,” Abdullah wrote.
In his heartfelt message, he added, “My deepest condolences to the families who lost their loved ones. Praying for the early recovery of the injured.”
