The event’s chief guest, Dr. Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS Secretary Tourism and Culture, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, graced the occasion alongside distinguished personalities such as Special Guest Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Mohammed Iqbal Lone, Dr. Ruhi Jan Kanth (Principal of Government College of Women, M. A Road, Srinagar), and Dr. Kharulnisa (Chairperson of Child Welfare Committee, Srinagar).
