Budgam, Oct 05: The Municipal Committee (MC) of Beerwah in central Kashmir’s Budgam district would complete construction of the first hi-tech children’s park by the end of December 20.
An official from the Municipal Committee Beerwah told the Rising Kashmir that the municipal committee has begun construction of the first Hi-Tech park in the main town due to the non-availability of the public park in the sub-district Beerwah.
The park is constructed upon four kanals of land near the Nallah Sukhnag. “This park will be the first hi-tech children’s park for 45 villages where people can come with their children during their spare time,” the official said.
He said that the park will also be used by the public, where sitting facilities will be made available for adults.
“The proper equipment will also be installed in the park so the children can play the games here. The construction work of the park will be completed by the end of December this year,” he added.
