Chanakya IAS Academy Jammu, PSPS women’s college organise motivational session

Jammu, July 09: Chanakya IAS Academy Jammu in collaboration with Padma Shri Padma Sachdev Government College for Women Gandhi Nagar organized a free motivational-cum-career counselling session with a special focus on how to prepare for IAS/JKAS exams. 
The speakers included Waseem Ahemd Bhat (All India Rank 7th-UPSC 2022), Parsenjit Kaur (All India Rank 11th, UPSC 2022) and Manil Benjotra (All India Rank 314, UPSC 2022), the academy said in a press release issued here.
The program was inaugurated by Prof Minu Mahajan (College Principal) in the presence of Owais Ali Bhat (Director, Chanakya IAS Academy, Jammu) and the UPSC toppers.
“It was a motivational cum career counselling session where thousands of students attended the session. The speakers talked about their success stories and how they prepared for such exams and motivated the aspirants to appear for the exams in the coming years,” the academy said, adding, “They also shared booklists, sources and other relevant information with the students. There was also an interactive session at the end of the session where students asked their queries and officers cleared them all.”
Owais Ali Bhat, Director Chanakya IAS Academy Jammu on the occasion said, “I requested Prof Minu Mahajan(College Principal) if we can organize this program for the benefit of the students and she instantly gave her consent and said that she has been organizing such sessions for students and welcomed the successful candidates with open arms. Ma’am is a visionary educationist who has dedicated her life to giving the best education to her students.”
This workshop guided the students to think, feel and express themselves like Civil Servants and motivated and guided the youth of the college and helped them realize their true potential, the Chanakya Academy said. 
Principal Prof Minu Mahajan said there is a huge potential in her students and such events will help to motivate and guide them in the right direction. She thanked the successful candidates and Chanakya IAS Academy Jammu for organizing “such a good program” for the students.
