Budgam, Jan 24: In response to a video circulating on social media that highlights problems with the x-ray machine at the district hospital in Budgam, hospital officials have stated that they are currently performing x-rays manually to maintain service quality.
The viral video features a man asserting that the x-ray machine in District Hospital Budgam is malfunctioning, as it fails to provide clear images. Consequently, the hospital is resorting to manual x-ray procedures.
Dr. Ajaz Kanth, the Medical Superintendent at District Hospital Budgam, informed Rising that the x-ray operations are being conducted manually due to an error in the CR System.
“We are performing x-rays at the hospital on a daily basis. This issue with the CR System is expected to be resolved within three days,” he said.
Dr. Kanth further remarked that the claims made in the viral video are unfounded, emphasizing that patient x-rays are being conducted regularly. He noted that another x-ray was performed for a patient when the initial x-ray did not yield clear results.
