Srinagar, Sept 11: Ashok Koul, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) General Secretary (Organisation), joined a large-scale door-to-door campaign in the Habbakadal Constituency ahead of the assembly elections scheduled for September 25.
The campaign kicked off in Barbar Shah and reached various parts of the constituency, engaging with voters from Habbakadal and surrounding areas before concluding at the BJP constituency office in Barbar Shah, according to Koul’s statement issued here.
Koul’s involvement energised the campaign efforts led by BJP candidate Ashok Bhat, who is running for the Habbakadal seat.
Under Ashok Koul’s leadership, the BJP Srinagar team organised this extensive outreach initiative to mobilise support for Ashok Bhat and promote the party’s symbol, the Lotus, the statement added.
