Srinagar April 6: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Thursday celebrated its 44th foundation Day at Party headquarter Jawahar Nagar Srinagar.
State General Secretary Organization Ashok Kaul along with Chairperson Waqf Board Dr. Daraksha Andrabi, BJP’s Media In-charge Manzoor Bhat and Minority Morcha JK Prabhari Sheikh Bashir hoisted party flag at party State office Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion, Koul said people have made the BJP as the country’s largest political party in terms of representation in the national parliament and state assemblies. He said BJP is committed to India’s unity and integrity, its intrinsic identity and the social strength.
Koul said the party believes in the principle of “justice for all and appeasement of none”, that was why it attracted large masses into its fold.
While unfurling the party flag, Kaul further said that BJP was one of the few parties in India to have a popular-based governing structure, where workers and leaders at the local level have a great say in much of the decision-making.
“BJP leadership has taken care of the aspirations of country’s citizens their empowerment, faster connectivity, more jobs, better education and improved quality of life,” he said adding the Good Governance model of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, encompasses these broad themes into simple takeaways which have the potential of transforming India in the near future.
The BJP’s 44th Foundation Day celebrations were a resounding success, and the party looks forward to continuing its journey towards a better India, he further added.
