Jammu, Dec 05: The BIG Cricket League 2024 witnessed another thrilling day of cricket at the Jammu Sports Club, Kot Tawa, with two captivating matches played on Day 2 of the tournament.
In the first match, Hill View Rajouri faced off against Road Safety 11. Road Safety 11 won the toss and chose to bat first, but their batting lineup faltered as they were bundled out for a modest total of 95 runs. Their strong batting ensured a smooth victory and set the tone for an exciting day of cricket.
The second match saw Mullan CC take on Infra Business in a high-scoring encounter. Mullan CC batted first and posted an impressive 202 runs on the scoreboard, with a standout performance by Siddharth Bhat, who scored a magnificent 71 runs. However, Infra Business displayed remarkable grit and determination during the chase. Akshit emerged as the star of the match, smashing an incredible 92 runs and forming a crucial partnership with senior Ranji player Pranav Gupta, who contributed 53 runs. Infra Business clinched the match by 5 wickets, with Akshit deservedly earning the Man of the Match title for his match-winning performance.
