Srinagar, July 21: In a significant development, Janata Dal United (JD(U)) received a major boost as several youths joined the party at its Srinagar office on Sunday.

This move comes as a setback to several social activists who have now shifted their allegiance to JD(U).

The announcement was made in the presence of prominent party leaders, including State General Secretary Vivek Bali, State General Secretary Dr. Ayub Mattoo, and political advisor Riyaz Malik.

The leaders welcomed the new members and emphasized the importance of youth involvement in the political landscape.

Vivek Bali highlighted the party’s commitment to addressing the concerns of the youth and working towards the development of the region.

Dr. Ayub Mattoo and Riyaz Malik echoed similar sentiments, expressing their optimism about the positive impact this influx of young energy will have on the party’s future endeavors.

The new members expressed their enthusiasm and readiness to work under the JD(U) banner, aiming to contribute to the party’s mission and objectives.

This development marks a significant step for JD(U) in strengthening its presence and influence in the region.
