Jammu and Kashmir Police on Saturday felicitated local youth with token of appreciation, momento and cash reward for showing act of bravery in Baramulla Town.
A Police spokesperson said that SSP Baramulla Amod Ashok Nagpure-IPS felicilitated local youth of Town Baramulla namely Aabid Sherrief Sheikh S/O Late Sherrief ud Din R/O Khawajabagh Baramulla for showing act of bravery while saving precious life from drowning in river jehlum at Cement Bridge Baramulla.
“The youth was felicitated with token of appreciation, momento and cash reward”, he said.
While interacting with the youth SSP Baramulla appreciated him for the act of bravery to saving precious life in time. He further said such act will definitely inspires others to do more good for the society.
At the conclusion SSP Baramulla told that nation needs more brave hearts like these youth.
The felicitation ceremony was also attended by SDPO Pattan Shri Mohd Nawaz Khanday-JKPS
