Jammu, Jan 21: Apni Party President, Altaf Bukhari on Saturday condemned twin blasts in Transport Nagar in Narwal area of Jammu District in which over about 9 people have been injured.
In a statement issued to Rising Kashmir, Bukhari said that the twin blasts in Jammu is an attempt to disrupt peace and spread fear among the people who live in communal harmony with each other in Jammu.
“It appears that the blasts were triggered to spread tension after Rajouri targeted killings. The incident has worried the peace loving people in Jammu and Kashmir,” he said.
Apni Party president said that the Govt should hold a proper investigation into the incident and punish the accused persons involved in the blasts which has wounded over 6 people.
He condemned the violent acts and attempts to create division among the people. “Jammu is a symbol of peace, and brotherhood where people from different regions live together in harmony.”
Bukhari however appealed to the authorities and security forces to punish the anti-national elements that are hell bent to disrupt the peaceful atmosphere in Jammu and Kashmir in an attempt to divide the people on communal lines.
Meanwhile, the entire leadership of Apni Party has also condemned the incident and appealed to the J&K Police and other security forces to increase security arrangements.
They also demanded special medical care for the injured persons whereas the critical injured should be shifted out of J&K for advanced medical treatment
