Ashok Koul calls upon youth to participate massively in ‘Tiranga’ programmes

To commemorate the passion of nationalism in the week preceding Independence Day, BJP Jammu & Kashmir on the call of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi initiated a range of programmes under the “Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign.

Under the campaign, various ‘Tiranga Yatra’ were conducted across the region, in which senior leaders of BJP along with party workers and general masses participated enthusiastically. The participants carried ‘Tiranga’ in their hands and were raising pro-India slogans like ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ while conducting the rallies.

Ashok Koul, General Secretary (organization), J&K BJP participated in a ‘Tiranga Yatra’ in the Bandi town of Uri, Baramulla. District President Raja Waqar, Mir Mushtaq Senior leader, Rafiq Mangryal, Constituency President Ashiq Mangryal , Muddasir Wani Vistarak North, Akeel protocol Incharge were among the prominent present in the Yatra.

Ashok Koul, speaking on the occasion, said that on the call of PM Modi, the people along the length and breadth of Jammu & Kashmir along with rest of India are celebrating the joy of hoisting the ‘Tiranaga’. This Tiranga infuses a sense of responsibility towards the nation and the fellow citizens and a strong wave of patriotism among the youth.

He further called upon all the residents of Jammu & Kashmir and especially the youth to participate in the massive numbers in all the Tiranga programmes in their vicinity.

Ashok Koul emphasized the importance of Independence Day and the role of every citizen in safeguarding the unity and integrity of the nation. He reiterated the BJP’s commitment to the development and peace of Jammu & Kashmir, especially in regions like Baramulla.

Similarly, In Hiranagar Assembly Constituency, BJP State Incharge ‘Har Ghar tiranga’ Munish Sharma, District President Sh. Gopal Mahajan, Mandal President Sh. Sudesh Kumar Sethu and others were present.

In Akhnoor, District President & former MLA Sh. Rajiv Sharma, DDC Chairperson Sh. Bharat Bhushan Bodhi and others were present.

In Jammu North, former MP (Rajya Sabha) Shamsher Singh Manhas, former MLA Shiv Dev Singh and others were present.

In Marh, senior leaders of BJP led the rally.

In KDD, former MLC Girdhari Lal Raina, district President Sh. Chand ji Bhat and others were present.

In Rajouri, District President Dinesh Sharma, District Incharge ‘Har Ghar tiranga’ Kapil Saryal and others were present.
