Srinagar, June 04: Apni Patry leadership in north Kashmir’s Uri has decided to enhance its public outreach campaign across the villages and blocks in the constituency. In this regard, a significant meeting was convened at Kamal Kot on Sunday, the party said in a statement.
“The participants of the meeting, which was chaired by the party’s constituency in charge, Mushtaq Choudhary, shared their ideas to outline the proposed public outreach drive across the constituency areas,” the statement said, adding, “Besides Choudhary, the prominent party leaders who were present in the meeting included Provincial President ST Wing and Chairman BDC Rafiq Balote, Senior Leader Mehmood Bukhari, Senior Leader Syed Najeeb Naqvi, Block President Mukhtar Mughal, Senior Leader and Sarpanch Syed Mushtaq Ahmad, and others. A large number of senior party workers were also present on the occasion.”
The meeting attendees shared their ideas and vision to foster public trust and strengthen the party’s cadre throughout the constituency. They also discussed party affairs and took certain decisions in order to ensure the seamless functioning of the party structure in Uri, the press note added.
Addressing the party functionaries, Mushtaq Choudhary urged the constituency leaders and cadre to gear up for the upcoming assembly polls. He said, “The time has come for each one of us to intensify our political activities and expand our public outreach in order to establish a strong connection with the masses. Unlike, the leaders of the traditional political parties, we do not rely on false promises and unattainable goals to attract people. Apni Party has a very clear agenda and policies focused on fostering economic upliftment in Uri, a place that has long been neglected in terms of development.”
“Apni Party remains committed to ensuring sustainable development and the economic prosperity of the people of Uri. We must go to the people with our agenda. It is our responsibility to make people aware of the Apni Party’s transparent and attainable agenda.” He added.
