Taking up a new assignment with the Government of India, IPS officer Anand Jain assumed charge as Inspector General of Police (IGP), Jammu Zone, Jammu, relieving IPS Mukesh Singh who was Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) of the same zone, said a press release on Monday.(ANI)
