Altaf Bukhari bereaved; Apni Party expresses condolence

Srinagar, May 31: Apni Party leaders have extended condolences over the passing of the wife of former bureaucrat Abdul Hameed Wani (IAS), who served as the Commissioner Secretary in the J&K administration.
Abdul Hameed Wani is the maternal cousin of Apni Party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari. As per family sources, mourning will be held for three days at the residence of the deceased in Sangri Housing Colony in Baramulla.
According to a statement issued here, the Apni Party leaders expressed their condolences to the bereaved family over this loss. In their messages, they prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and for strength to the kith and kin of the deceased to bear the pain of this irreparable loss.
Meanwhile, the Apni Party president and other senior leaders extended their condolences to Dr Talat Majeed, the party’s chief coordinator, on the passing of his father-in-law.
According to a press release issued here, Bukhari and other esteemed party leaders expressed grief over the demise.
In his condolence message, Bukhari said, “I extend my heartfelt condolences to my party colleague Talat Majeed on the demise of his father-in-law. May Almighty Allah rest his soul in eternal peace and grant patience to the bereaved family to bear the pain of this irreparable loss. In this hour of grief, Apni Party stands in solidarity with Talat Sahib and other members of the bereaved family.”
The leaders who issued their condolence messages included the party’s Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, Vice President Zaffar Iqbal Manhas, Vice President Usman Majid, Vice President Javid Mustafa Mir, General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, Provincial President, Kashmir, Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Provincial President Jammu Sardar Manjit Singh, Senior Party Leaders and Srinagar’s Former Mayor Junaid Azim Mattu, Additional General Secretary Hilal Ahmad Shah, Chief Spokesperson, State Secretary and District President Budgam Muntazir Mohiuddin, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, Chief Coordinator Abdul Majeed Padder, and others.
