Agniveer entrance exam held for Kashmir, Ladakh

Srinagar, Nov 14: Common Entrance Examination (CEE)/Written Test for around 3000 aspirants for Agniveer General Duty, Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Clerk/Store Keeper Technical and Agniveer Tradesmen categories for Kashmir and Ladakh was held on Monday.
The exam was held for Kashmir districts – Srinagar, Anantnag, Baramulla, Pulwama, Budgam, Kupwara, Shopian, Ganderbal, Bandipora and Kulgam – and Ladakh districts of Kargil and Leh; for physical qualified and medical fit candidates of recruitment rally held at Haiderbeig, Pattan from September 17 to 30, 2022 was conducted on Sunday at Army Public School, Badami Bagh Cantonment, Srinagar.  
Candidates appeared in the examination under the prescribed rules in the school complex arranged by Chinar Corps, a PRO Defence said in a statement.
He said the result of the written examination will be declared after 14 days and will be uploaded on the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. 
“No separate letter will be sent to any candidate. Candidates are required to check the result and report to Army Recruiting Office, Srinagar on third day after declaration of results for further documentation” he said. “On declaration of CEE result, collection of original documents from selected candidates and verification of documents with concerned J& K Govt authorities will be undertaken by Army Recruiting Office Srinagar.   Selected candidates will be required to report for training by 31 December 2022.”
