Budgam, Jan 13: On the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Ali ibn Abi Talib (AS), who was “born in the Kaaba,” prominent shia cleric Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosavi Al-Safavi, Monday extended his congratulations to the Muslim Ummah. He also prayed for global peace, unity and solidarity among Muslims.
In his statement, Agha Syed Hassan described 13th Rajab as a significant day for believers, marking the birth of Hazrat Ali (AS) inside the sacred Kaaba, a unique honour unparalleled in history. He highlighted that Hazrat Ali’s life and character are monumental, serving as a guide for greatness, virtue, and service to Islam. “The most illuminating aspect of Hazrat Ali’s legacy is his unwavering support for Islam, his loyalty to the Holy Prophet (PBUH), and his contributions to the strength of the Muslim community,” said Agha Syed Hassan.
He emphasized that true devotion to Hazrat Ali (AS) requires not only love but also adherence to his teachings. It calls for obedience to Allah and the Prophet, alongside a commitment to the progress and unity of the Muslim Ummah.
Agha Syed Hassan further urged Muslims to adopt the values of patience, perseverance, and steadfastness exemplified in Hazrat Ali’s life. He encouraged collective efforts to build a society rooted in the principles taught by Hazrat Ali (AS) to ensure humanity’s success and salvation.
The message concluded with a reminder that Hazrat Ali’s life remains a guiding light for Muslims worldwide, encouraging them to remain engaged in the welfare of their faith and community.
