Srinagar, Nov 08: Aftab Ahmed Lone, a gym trainer from central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, achieved a remarkable feat by clinching the 2nd position in the prestigious Muscle Up Classic Championship 2023 held in Srinagar. Notably, Aftab is the sole representative from Ganderbal to participate in this highly competitive championship, making his achievement all the more remarkable.
Competing in the 80kg category, Aftab displayed extraordinary strength and skill, securing a well-deserved 2nd place in the competition. In the wake of his inspiring success, Aftab extended a heartfelt message to the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, encouraging them to prioritize their physical well-being by engaging in regular exercise at gym centers.
