AAP calls for immediate polls in Jammu and Kashmir to restore democracy

Jammu, Nov 04: Organisation Building Co-Incharge of AamAadmi Party (AAP) in Jammu and Kashmir, OP Khajuria on Friday castigated BharatiyaJanata Party (BJP) for prolonged delay in elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
In a press statement, AAPs OP Khajuria said that there is no democratic setup of government in Jammu and Kashmir from last more than four years and entire system of government in Jammu and Kashmir is being run by bureaucratic setup.
He said the alleged communication gap between different government departments is making things worse and common masses on ground are badly suffering.
“AamAadmi Party has always demanded and we are once again putting forth our demand for immediate assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir so that democracy can get restored and a public elected government comes into office which can fulfil the aspirations and expectations of the people,” said Khajuria.
