Srinagar, Jul 19: National Conference (NC) District President Srinagar, Peer Afaq Ahmad on Saturday announced new appointments within the district body.According to a party statement issued here, Qaiser Abbas Jalali, the Secretary of District Srinagar, has been elevated to the position of Vice President of District Srinagar.“Peer Ghulam Nabi Shah, the Joint Secretary of District Srinagar, has been appointed as the new Secretary for the district,” the statement said, adding that Mohammad Ayoub Akhoon has been designated as the Joint Secretary of District Srinagar.
