Srinagar, Sep 09: The 3rd District Srinagar Shooting Ball Championship 2023 organized by District Srinagar Shooting Ball Association under the aegis of J&K Shooting Ball Association in collaboration with J&K Sports Council concluded here at Govt. Girls Hr. Sec. School Khanyar.
More than a hundred participants of different institutions, colleges and clubs under the age category of Sub-Junior, Junior and Senior Men/Women took part in the event. Mrs. Sheikh Waheeda (Principal, GHSS Khanyar) was the chief guest & Riyaz Ahmad (Sr. Lecturer) were among Guest of Honours on the occasion.
Kashmir Harvard Educational Institute lifted the title in the Junior Boys group while as G. D. Goenka School won the Junior Girls group category. Oak Hill School & G. D. Goenka School remained runner-up in the boys & girls Junior age-groups categories, while Hussaini Sports Club lifts both the title in senior categories. Principal GHSS Khanyar congratulated all the participants in general & winners in particular & hailed the organizers for organizing such events.
