Jammu, Sept 17: A total of 20,000 chairs would be put in place at Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Stadium in Srinagar for massive public participation during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s upcoming rally in Kashmir scheduled on Thursday 19th of September.
For finalizing arrangements of the PM Modi’s rally and to oversee other prepa-rations for making the rally a grand success, many senior leaders of the BJP have left for Kashmir.
“All arrangements have almost been finalized for PM Modi’s rally in Kashmir on September 19th and we will put in place 20,000 chairs at the venue so that people participate in large numbers without any inconvenience,” Former Dep-uty Chief Minister and Chairman of BJP Election Campaign Committee, Dr Nirmal Singh, informed Rising Kashmir.
The decision to put in place 20,000 chairs at Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Stadium has been taken keeping in view the capacity of the stadium, Singh said adding that the venue has been selected to ensure maximum participation of the peo-ple in PM’s rally.
The BJP has been claiming that it will open its account in these Assembly elec-tions in Kashmir valley and will win seats in double digits and form govern-ment in J&K on its own.
After PM Modi’s rally, star campaigners of the BJP are also scheduled to visit Kashmir to mobilize people in favor of the party, sources said.
