Two passengers died while nine others were injured in a road accident on Srinagar Jammu National Highway in Awantipora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday.
Locals said that a tempo traveller which was heading towards Srinagar from Jammu turned turtle near Awantipora.
They said that many passengers were injured in the accident who were shifted to PHC Awantipora.
Doctors at PHC said that two of them dead on arrival.
They added that 7 others were referred to Srinagar for specialised treatment.
