The 1st batch of trainees from ITI Kishtwar embarked on an industrial visit to Dul Hasti Power Station, NHPC, marking a valuable opportunity for practical learning and exposure to real-world industrial operations.
The initiative aimed to provide trainees an opportunity to enhance practical knowledge and skills.
The visit of trainees from Government ITI Kishtwar, along with Principal Anoop Sharma and Vocational Instructors, to Dul Hasti Hydroelectric Power Plant as part of the On Job Training under the Strive project.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal Anoop Sharma said that providing practical exposure and experience is crucial for skill development, and the first batch has visited for industrial Exposure to Dul Hasti Hydroelectric Power Plant.
He also added that the anticipation for the upcoming visits of three more batches from different trades adds to the significance of this hands-on learning opportunity and this effort aligns well with enhancing the overall skill set of the trainees.
