WHY WE NEED TO TAKE CALCIUM DAILY?

There is a compulsory loss of around 1000 mg of calcium daily through kidneys and fecal route. When your calcium intake is insufficient to compensate for this loss, your body will remove calcium from your bones, making them weak and brittle (OSTEOPOROSIS)

So, It's important to take Calcium rich diet every or take supplement if absolutely necessary 

CALCIUM CONTAINING FOODS:

A) Dairy products (cheese, milk)

 B) Fish with edible soft bones

C) Calcium-fortified foods and beverages (milk substitutes)

D) Dark green leafy vegetables (collard greens, kale, broccoli)

Calcium supplements are usually well tolerated, but side effects like gas, constipation and bloating can sometimes occur, especially with calcium carbonate. Try a different type of supplement that you tolerate!
