When you fall short, when you fail at something, when you think you messed it up!

Treat yourself just like you would a best friend. Tell yourself the same things, encourage yourself with similar words. Do the “it’s okay i am there for you, for  yourself. “ 

Make something good for yourself to uplift your mood. Take rest, adore and uplift yourself once again!
