*it is important to have proper sleep and diet to maintain sustainable mental health during lockdown and pandemic.


*Do not become obsessed with covid related news..obtain covid related information from government websites and World Health Organization.


*Restrain from sharing negative videos and images of Covid pandemic.


*Show compassion for the patients and reach out to people whose relatives have become victims of pandemic.
