(or at least keep these out of sight of the emotional eaters), you will cutting down some 500 empty calories

per person, per day!

So called #sugarfree BISCUIT is a misnomer - contains more Carbs and Calories per packet than common biscuit varieties. 

If getting Extra fibre is the aim, better get that from natural foods like legumes, nuts & seeds
