Steam inhalation, thrice a day, is advised, if your child has dry cough

Does your child have lingering dry cough for a while now without any other sign or symptom. It is very common these days due to sudden drop in temperature with cold and dry weather conditions.
Treatment:
1) Steam inhalation thrice a day
2) Budesonide nebulization twice a day
3) Oral anti-tussive as per recommended dose and schedule
4) Oral anti allergic as per recommended dose and schedule
5) Have patience
