Both taste good, and in excess one causes high blood pressure (salt) and other causes diabetes (sugar). Both together could contribute to heart disease. So, we should limit their intake.


ADOPT HEALTHY EATING & ACTIVE LIFESTYLE


Your chances of developing diabetes are much higher if your parent has diabetes and you are overweight or obese. But, Healthy Diet, Regular Exercise and Losing just 5% weight can lower your chances of diabetes!
