Snacking is one of the habits that can change your health. In growing children choosing the right snack will help them get better nourishment and good eating habits for life.

Here are some you can start with:

•      Peanut gur chiki or energy bars

•      Nuts and dates energy bars or ladoos

•      Sandwiches made with multigrain bread, fresh vegetables, cheese or chicken

•      Barley or Kuttu roti roll with green chutney and veg/ non veg stuffing

•      Momos with a paneer/ chicken with vegetable stuffing

•      Fruits with Nut butter dips
