Road Safety Training continues with expert insights

  Srinagar, Sep 25: The day-two of the three-day Road Safety Capacity Building Course on the Motor Vehicles Act and Rules, sponsored by MoRTH, commenced at IHM Rajbagh, Srinagar on Thursday.  As per a statement issued here, organised by AITD, New Delhi, the training saw participation from MoRTH, J&K Transport Department and Traffic Police officials. Former DGP Satyendra Garg shared strategies on reducing road accident fatalities, while Anil Chhikara discussed the latest Motor Vehicles Act provisions. Chhikara and Sandeep Kumar also briefed the J&K Transport Secretary on the course objectives and transport sector updates. The programme, concluding on 26th September, included a felicitation ceremony honouring Garg for his contributions.
