Police organise pipping ceremony for newly promoted personnel

Srinagar, Sep 25: In recognition of dedicated services of J&K police personnel, Srinagar Police organized a pipping and felicitation ceremony to honour two newly promoted personnel at District Police Headquarters, Srinagar. As per a statement issued here, the ceremony was presided over by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Srinagar, Dr. G.V. Sundeep Chakravarthy, who felicitated Assistant Sub-Inspector (M) Feroz Ahmad and Selection Grade-Constable Imran Ahmad for their consistent professionalism and exemplary service. The event was attended by SP Headquarters Shah Umar, DySP Headquarters Syed Sleet Shah, and other officers from district Srinagar. In his address, SSP Srinagar highlighted the critical role of Police personnel in ensuring public safety and maintaining law and order. He stressed the values of integrity, empathy, and excellence in Policing and encouraged the newly promoted officials to carry forward their duties with renewed dedication and responsibility. SSP Srinagar presented new rank badges and certificates to the promotes, recognising their meritorious contributions to the department. The event served as a testament to the commitment of Srinagar Police towards recognizing and rewarding the dedication of its personnel.
